For fully custom suites, I recommend booking 8-12 months in advance of your wedding date. This timeline allows us to fully craft your vision, ensuring each detail is executed with care. Many of my couples also choose to design their save-the-dates with me. This process starts 10-12 months before their wedding, giving guests plenty of time to plan their calendars and travel.

The Invitation Design Process

The luxury wedding invitation design process usually begins 6-7 months before the wedding. During this period, we focus on crafting custom artwork, refining layouts, and going through proofing stages. This ensures that your invitations are not only beautiful but also fully aligned with your wedding aesthetic.

Production and Quality Checks

About 5 months before your wedding, your bespoke wedding invitations are sent to production. Between 3-4 months prior, I personally quality check and hand-assemble each suite, ensuring every detail — from paper stock to finishing touches — meets the highest standard before your guests receive them.

Day-of Paper and Custom Details

Around 3 months before your big day, we turn our attention to day-of wedding stationery: custom matchboxes, signature cocktail signs, koozies, menus, and other personalized details. The design, proofing, and production processes continue over the next 1-2 months, with all items typically arriving a few weeks before your wedding.
