The Gwendolyn suite is named after my Nana, the second woman in my life whose influence shaped me profoundly. She is confident, stylish, quick-witted, and knows exactly how to advocate for herself—a spirit I wanted to celebrate in this design.
Inspired by her love of the outdoors and her Texas garden, I incorporated hand-painted wildflowers that seem to grow organically from the edges of the cards into the text, evoking the beautiful, unpredictable, and ever-changing nature of love.
Though my Nana was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and spends less time tending her garden, her strength, humor, and passion for nature continue to inspire me. The Gwendolyn suite is a reminder that, like a garden, we are always evolving, and the bonds we share with our loved ones find new ways to bloom—unexpected, resilient, and full of life.
